gpt-engineer-app[bot] e33368dcb7 Add batch expenditure assignment
- Implemented batch assignment for expenditures, similar to income.
- Added a button to export missing materials.
- Updated logic to consider jobs in "acquisition" status.
- Added logic to skip jobs with satisfied BOM.
