eb2d47b547 (svn r13042) -Codechange: make a class of CreateScenarioWindow, GenerateLandscapeWindow, NetworkChatWindow, NetworkCompanyPasswordWindow, NetworkGameWindow, NetworkStartServerWindow, QueryStringWindow, SaveLoadWindow. All these classes depended on the 'querystr_d' object which is now put into QueryStringBaseWindow.
