Change LinkGraph::EdgeMatrix to a sparse storage format
...
Use a btree_map instead of a SmallMatrix.
This avoids excessive storage requirements for large graphs,
and overly expensive edge matrix resize operations.
Remove next_edge iteration mechanism.
