f2a70e3e26 (svn r7388) -Fix (r7384 / r7368 / r3757): When adding a new news item for the first time (_latest_news 
is INVALID_NEWS), make it the value of _oldest_news, not zero as DeleteVehicleNews can
 change _oldest_news. Also remove the (i == INVALID_NEWS) return 0; guard from increaseIndex
 as it's only used in 2 places, nowhere else.

d15a4d7523 (svn r7385) -Fix: FS#418 Deleting Train in depot with autoreplace failes 
This turned out to be due to continue to drag the old vehicle, that autoreplace sold
  This could also be triggered if more than one player used the same company
  Now deleting a vehicle will remove all depot highlights of that vehicle

6d54dcdd24 (svn r7384) -Fix: No vehicle was removed in DeleteVehicleNews when the fifo-array was full. Update the

9a5a37abbe (svn r7333) -Codechange: [win32] Extend the OTTD2FS and FS2OTTD functions to also accept conversions 
into a predefined buffer insted of using the static (global) buffer. This is useful if
 the converted value will be used later on; no need to copy it somewhere else to save it.
-CodeChange: [win32] Added appropiate macros WIDE_TO_MB_BUFFER, MB_TO_WIDE_BUFFER next to
 existing WIDE_TO_MB and MB_TO_WIDE that only do work when UNICODE is defined, saves
 #ifdefs all over the place
