Swapped drone and launcher resource information
...
Had to make sure that calibration wasn't on the same line as active drones. Could probably still use some editing on text buffering, but this is pretty much what we wanted. Awesome.

Also fixed calibration, which was somehow broken by the same bug. I shudder to think of the tyrannical demonic logic necessary to tame THAT Gordion knot of understanding.

Changed the icon for drone DPS.
...
Before, it was sharing the same icon as the drone bay capacity. Renamed icon files appropriately and removed the extra image since I don't want to reuse it for something with a different meaning.

Added some tooltips to the capacitor icons.

I think we can close the tooltip icons ticket (105) now. We still need to implement the ticket for scan resolution, but that can come another day.
Changed readme file to reflect Oolong the rabbit.
