Added tooltips for max warp dist and probe size

Updated eos to include the new property functions that drive those tooltips. Also fixed an error on showing the ship stats attribute when an icon couldn't be found.

Small color tweak for dark themes
...
Slightly reduced the brightness of the "you have exceeded your allocated slots" notification for T3 subsystems. It was almost impossible to module names on a dark theme. This should be a reasonable compromise for any "common" coloration.
