b3320f637c Added scan resolution lock time calculation 
Some common values are included, but the table looks like shite. I'm not sure how to format it properly when the text isn't monospaced. Someone else will need to take a look at it.

For the time being, it works.

d4f50ea07d Removed suffixes from the firepower display window 
Values rarely exceed 1500 DPS in any of the categories. Suffixes and decimal places make it difficult to read. Parameters passed were reset to 0 to avoid suffix behavior, but retain precision truncation.

d2ffe9deb0 Re-ordered some modules in the miscellaneous pane.

5a5e79fedf Swapped drone and launcher resource information 
Had to make sure that calibration wasn't on the same line as active drones. Could probably still use some editing on text buffering, but this is pretty much what we wanted. Awesome.

9eca91f87b Removed tracebacks on maxDronesActive calls 
Also fixed calibration, which was somehow broken by the same bug. I shudder to think of the tyrannical demonic logic necessary to tame THAT Gordion knot of understanding.

450fa6d160 Changed the icon for drone DPS. 
Before, it was sharing the same icon as the drone bay capacity. Renamed icon files appropriately and removed the extra image since I don't want to reuse it for something with a different meaning.

a72c77ae22 Added some tooltips to the capacitor icons. 
I think we can close the tooltip icons ticket (105) now. We still need to implement the ticket for scan resolution, but that can come another day.

Changed readme file to reflect Oolong the rabbit.
