The prune hangs only after a backup was killed mid-run; the lock file stays behind.
The lock names the host and the PID that took it, so a stale one can be told from a live one.
Unlock only when the lock is older than the last snapshot.
Done in prune.go: the lock's age is checked against the last snapshot.
