darkvater 831f7d8a46 (svn r2053) - Remove VS.NET dependencies from project file and list properly as additional dependencies. This means you no longer need the lib files for each and every working copy you have checked out. You can either put them in the /lib directory (the header files in the /include dir) or keep them where they were, that continues to work. This concerns WITH_PNG and WITH_ZLIB.
