We should remove the silly MMB support now that File->Close is in place (also, that gives us Ctrl/Cmd-W support "for free")

Added some tooltips to the capacitor icons.

I think we can close the tooltip icons ticket (105) now. We still need to implement the ticket for scan resolution, but that can come another day.
Changed readme file to reflect Oolong the rabbit.
