Simplified price pane. Will show pricing update label and will only clear it when prices are done. Removed all timer code as it makes it overly complicated and I suspect half of it didn't work as intended anyway

Introduce a button on both firepowerViewFull and miningyieldViewFull
views that allows switching between the two. Work by destroying each
view and recreating/populating on every button press.

Added tooltips for max warp dist and probe size
...
Updated eos to include the new property functions that drive those tooltips. Also fixed an error on showing the ship stats attribute when an icon couldn't be found.

Implemented a Probe Size tooltip for signature radius that gives the TargetSize. If it's < 1.08, you're unprobeable :)
