Modified capsim to deal with reload/clipSize logic before grouping
modules for staggering. This prevents loaded AARs from being sent
through as seperate cap drain elements to other repairers of the same
size.

Fix a double handle of the delete event
...
On GTK, the handler will get called twice if you call skip(),
and a ValueError exception is thrown on cmdline
We're handling the event so skip not necessary.

OS X distributive was pointing to the wrong path for the pyfa root, due to the executable being in a different place than the actual root. This changes the logic to use sys.executable as a fallback when __file__ doesn't exist (for example in the windows distributive)
