Added tooltips for max warp dist and probe size

Updated eos to include the new property functions that drive those tooltips. Also fixed an error on showing the ship stats attribute when an icon couldn't be found.

Implemented a Probe Size tooltip for signature radius that gives the TargetSize. If it's < 1.08, you're unprobeable :)

Some common values are included, but the table looks like shite. I'm not sure how to format it properly when the text isn't monospaced. Someone else will need to take a look at it.
For the time being, it works.

Removed suffixes from the firepower display window

Values rarely exceed 1500 DPS in any of the categories. Suffixes and decimal places make it difficult to read. Parameters passed were reset to 0 to avoid suffix behavior, but retain precision truncation.
