HomeWorld 6c6756e3f4 Moved resistances into a toggle panel (painful task to get things aligned correctly - now, the toggle panel content panel doesn't hide/show when toggling - we set height 0 if collapsed and height = normal size when expanded that also prevents artefacts from appearing in fullPanel [it happened on winxp] ) ; modified labelEhp.SetLabel in fitchanged to include full text - (effective hp: xxx) because I couldn't make the custom header stuff behave as it should
